The island of Ukulhas is the northernmost local island on the beautiful Ari atoll. It is located 72 km from the airport and the capital Male. With dimensions of 950 x 250m it is one of the medium-sized islands. Around 900 people live on the island, who are very friendly and open to tourism.
The island was one of the first local islands in the Maldives to offer accommodation since 2013. This is one of the reasons why today the island is known for its exceptionally advanced waste treatment and the resulting cleanliness of the island.

We offer two verified hotels on the island. The first one is located right by the beach on the west side of the island. The main part of the beach with access to the coral reef is located on this part. The hotel has a variety of room types including family rooms or a luxury penthouse suite with Jacuzzi.
